The mxing KTC-125 unit is a low temperature system with a 3 way mixing valve controlled by thermostatic controller of fixed point that determines a constant admission temperature into the heating underfloor circuit It has a contact thermostat system placed in the admission piping that is connected to the pump and makes it stop when the set value is exceeded. The valve has an integrated by-pass: UPPER BY-PASS (hydraulic circuit of low temperature): most of the return circuit is driven to the circuit. The mixing unit allows the circulator maintenance with no need to empty the circuit. The admission and return temperature are easily visible via the thermometers included in the piping. There is a non return valve in the circuit that can be deactivated for filling, emptying and purge operations. It is possible to apply a differential valve between the ball valves.
